With a Master Degree in Construction Project Management, I have more than 28 years experience in the field of project management especially in the construction filed. I gained during my career a diversified experience in many fields related to project management and program management at the project and company levels in contracting and construction companies, in consulting organizations, and in real estate companies. Types of projects varied from residential to industrial, commercial, and recreational projects rather than information systems projects.

The projects handled included many mega projects managing big planning and project controls teams where huge time schedules containing 100K+ activities have been built up and maintained. I have also good experience in handing the planning and controls of multiple sites spread over wide geographic area.

My experience has covered various planning and control applications, procedure development, quality assessment, project controls, and automation of work procedures using databases. In fact, I have the skills to act in a wide range of fields applying both analytical and logical methodologies. I have significant additional experience in conducting training in diversified areas and I’m also a professional user of Primavera Project Management version 3.0 to version 8.0 (Enterprise Edition), Microsoft Project, and DBMS.
