An experienced Planning Engineer with over 30 years expertise gained on contracts based in the UK and worldwide. Responsible for developing and monitoring project plans from level 1 to level 3 detail and beyond depending on the intended audience. The plans would cover the bid and tender stages through EPC and final handover to client covering all necessary disciplines. For the most part the plans were fully resource and cost loaded allowing for the compilation of progress reports depicting earned value.

Experience has also been gained in forensic planning dealing with delay analysis and claims within the construction and manufacturing industries.
