Skilled Planning Engineer/Manager who is comfortable with branching into Project Controls Management.

15 + years planning experience most of which has been gained in Nuclear Decommissioning, Defence, Power Generation, Construction, Transmission, Rail Signalling, Utilities, New Power Technologies. 

I am a believer in Planning being about the skills of the people and not judged by what tool a Planner is proficient at.  I am an advocate of ensuring future generations are developed and encouraged to stick to the profession.

I am accomplished practioner of CPM and also have considerable experience in Earned Value Management.

I am a member of the APM and the Guild of Project Controls.
