Experienced planning/project controls engineer with 19 years expertise in the rail industry. Worked as both client and contractor on several large multi-disciplined projects embracing signalling & telecomms, permanent way, civils and OLE works from conception to completion. Particular accomplishments include creation of integrated project programmes, variation control, project reporting including earned value and quantitative risk analysis. Skills have been enhanced by courses in NEC contract management, basic signalling, risk and supervisory management plus extensive use of the computer software packages including Primavera P3e (P6), Suretrak, MS Project, Monte Carlo, Predict, Artemis 7000, Word, Excel, Visio and OP.
