I started work in 1995 as Planning Engineer for fabrication and installation of coal handling system for coal fired power plant in Malaysia.  Later on I involved in construction of 500km gas pipeline, installaion of electrical scope for 2 units of 700MW power station, turnkey project of 2 major hospitals in Malaysia.  Involved in various electrical and instrumentation works in Qatar (both Engineering and construction). Currently involved in construction of interconnecting utilities for Rapid project (the largest petrochemical plant in the world).

As summarized above, I've been involved in various type of industries across multiple work discipline.  My strength is in develop a proper construction schedule, maintain and progress calculation.  Excellent at preparing reports, i.e. periodic progress reports, specific reports tailored to the agenda.

I am also good at managing subordinates.  My strength in managing the people is lead by example and persuassion.  I'm quite satisfied with this method based on the response received from the people whoI supervised.

I'm also a keen learner.  I spent some good quality time reading searching for what's new in the area of project control as well as the industry as a whole.
