My experience covers both tender and construction stage planning. I have also fulfilled a dual role of acting as a Design Coordinator. 

  My main planning role consists of preparation of tender, construction, design and procurement programmes with accompanying proposals for clients, project managers and end users.   Preparation of method statements and responses to technical questions for quality tender and PQQs with experience of coordinating and submitting bids. Coordination and preparation of PQQ submissions.   Experience of P21/P21+ projects for various NHS Trusts including South Tees (James Cook University Hospital & The Friarage Hospital, Northallerton) University Hospital of North Tees (Stockton-on-Tees) and Hartlepool.   Complex pharmaceutical and clean room experience from working on multiple projects at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary for Calderdale & Huddersfield NHS.   This experience included both new build and refurbishment often complex multi-phased solutions to carry out the P21+ Minor Works Contracts (£50k to £3m) in the heart of challenging live public / clinical environments.   This required a detailed and close level of programming with as many as 8-12 projects running at any one time. Multiple primary and secondary school projects inc. building schools for the future in Leeds. The highlight of this was gaining knowledge of the Passivhaus standard for energy efficiency having worked on Richmond Hill Primary School (650 pupils). This involved a different approach to material interfaces to avoid thermal bridging details and the method to which the building was constructed had to be considered as the site team would rely heavily on the programme, a thorough knowledge of the details and consideration for the methods was imperative.   Energy Sector – Biogas facility for Emerald Biogas providing power to the national grid (mostly civil works)   Multiple and various projects for the Maintenance Term Contract at GlaxoSmithKline inc. Pharmaceutical Clean Room for drug manufacturing, -40oC Freezers, Clean & Dirty Changing Rooms and Office refurbishments.
