The development consists of 11 precincts that includes Highrise Residential Towers, Hotels, retails, Infrastructure – Fly overs interchange, Roads, Bridges, External MEP services, Marina, Parks, Restaurants as well as leisure facilities. These precincts are known as Al Dana, Al Zeina, Al Bandar, Al Seef , Al Nakheel, Al Lissaily, Al Rumaila, Al Razeen, Al Thurayya, Al Bandar, Khor Al Raha.

Responsibility :
