•     Precise concept and experience of Project Management Processes (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Controlling and Closing out) required for the successful delivery of the projects i.e. within Time and Budget
•     Very clear understanding of Integration / Scope / Time / Cost / Quality / Human Resource / Communication / Risk & Procurement Management of the Projects.
•     Very strong comprehension of Project Planning / Management Concepts, Tools & Techniques and their application in multi-disciplinary EPC Contracts.
•     Well versed with FIDIC and its interpretation for Contracts Administration.
•     Sizeable experience in dealing with closing out of the projects including Claims (pertaining to Variations & Extension of Time), and Litigation.
•     Persuasive Project Controls / Planning & Scheduling skills and friendliness with Primavera (Version 3.x, 5.x & 6.x) coupled with sizeable experience in handling the Schedules of more than 20,000 activities and proficient in developing meaningful WBS, Activity Coding System, & Intelligent Activity IDs etc.
•     Thorough knowledge of Budgeting & Cost Control System.
•     Extensive experience of Quality Management System (ISO).
•     Exceptional Report / Letter Writing, analytical, calculation and Computer skills.
•     Strong Personality (Assertive and Communicative) and Team Player with demonstrated knack to lead and understanding of Sensitivity of Cultural Differences.
