My name is Alan Leslie I am a citizen of the UK currently residing in Dubai. I am a Delay Analyst/ Forensic Planner with 30+ years’ experience in Construction Industry including.

I have a good understanding of the various methods of delay analysis and I am familiar with the Society of Construction Law (SCL) and the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) publications on the matter and have provided support to expert witnesses and lawyers in preparation for adjudication and arbitration proceedings.

I am able to develop and/or analyse Oracle/Primavera P6 Programmes.  

In addition to the delay analysis process I am also well versed in claim notice, further particulars and claim preparation and  submission processes.

I currently have my own small business in UAE providing Delay Analysis/Forensic Planning Services.
