Mr. Johnny Xu Huiyi is an experienced construction planning engineer.  He has 9 years working experience in Shanghai and 20 years in Singapore.  His strength is in planning, construction sequence, scheduling, method statement, resource and cost analysis.  He has been the tender planner for mega rail and road projects, and project planner for large scale projects such as Land Reclamation for the Pasir Panjang Terminal Phase 3 and 4 (S$1.9 billion), the construction of the Marina Barrage (S$226 million).  Currently, he is a senior planning engineer for the Leighton Offshore – John Holland JV for LTA’s DTL3 C935 project (S$171 million).
