Mitchell has over 20 years of work experience in the construction industry including serving for 15 years in a project controls capacity. To date, he has assisted in managing projects with over 2 billion dollars in overall value and various delivery methods (EPC, Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, and CM-at-Risk).

He has performed extensive scheduling and cost engineering tasks for other large government and private projects in the Los Angeles area and overseas including healthcare facilities, K-12 schools, airport terminals/associated infrastructures, heavy civil/underground rail work, and commercial projects.

His proficiency in project management includes planning, scheduling, estimating, cost management, change management, and document control, and project reporting. He is also proficient in top industry software and databases, i.e. Oracle Primavera P6, Contract Manager, MS Office Suites, and Prolog.  

Mitchell is a Project Management Professional certified by PMI since 2008.
