Main Planner and Controller for the construction of two desulphurization units and two amine regeneration units-PEMEX Clean Fuel (ULSG) Project (EPCC contract) with a core role for the design, establishment and management of a planning and progress control system. Responsibilities include:
- Enforce the implementation and ensure the effectiveness of the Planning and Progress Control System required by the contract complexity, riskiness and duration, in compliance with the Project Breakdown Structure, Company Standards and Contract specifications; verify feasibility and criticality; planning reports coordinating.
- Interface and coordinate with other Company Functions or Discipline Leaders/Supervisors/Managers as well as with Vendors/Client on addressing existing issues related to construction activities and project management; support the Project during the contract changes/claims process providing the time impact analysis
- Initiate and promote the use of project key performance indicators such as productivity rate, project progress relative to milestones, and other project management indicators according to Construction Industry.
