I was part of a management consultancy that supplied Planning, Commercial Risk and Cost Control services for Transco (British Gas), working from home with visits to site and client offices using both Primavera P3 and Microsoft 2000 computer systems, with supporting documentation produced using various Microsoft packages. In this time I have worked on design & construction projects. Responsible for monitoring Design house / MWC programmes for CTR reporting and change control. Updates and reports to the Client detailing change to programme, along with progress and performance. P50 commercial risk analysis (using @Risk). Overall project cost control including: budget, committed, receipted and forecast out-turn cost reports. Review and analysis of MWC’s claim documents / programmes. MWC tender programme reviews.
