- Preparation of Master Schedule using Primavera P3 for new cement plant and its split grinding units
- Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes.
- Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
- Coordinate with Site manager and Unit supervisor for daily job progress and capacity planning.
- Preparation of Project performance indicators (such as CPI, SPI).
- Critical activities monitoring and preparation of forecast and trending curves
- Monthly updating of Project & Construction S-Curves for all packages, percentage progress reporting for MSR & updating of planning procurement muster every month.
- Review the site activities along with client and update forecast trends.
