· Planning, Generating WBS, Tracking, Resource allocation & Leveling and Reporting.
· Catch-up Schedule for delay activities.
· Site Execution, Progress Monitoring & Control.
· Estimation, Costing, BOQ & BOM.
· TBE, CBE & Billing of Contractors.
· Maintain proper coordination between all contractors, consultant & departments for proper execution of project.
