- PROJECT:- Presently working as a Planning Engineer (offshore) in plant services for preventive maintenance and offshore shutdown planning of Dolphin Energy Ltd.
- Worked as a Lead Planning Engineer (onshore / offshore) in plant services department for modification , maintenance and shutdown turnaround planning of Qatar Gas & Ras Gas LNG Plant.
Responsibilities I
Preparation and finalization of scope of work for routine maintenance and planned shutdowns.

- PROJECT:- (1) Worked for the Project planning of major overhaul Shutdown maintenance in ADGAS LNG plant.
Responsibilities I
- Visit plant as needed to get conversant with the area .
- Pre-engineering of R & Rs, WRs, MMC, MODs.
- Study static and rotating equipments scope.
- Ordering of materials for above in co-ordination with materials controller.
- For static equipment if any materials are found not ordered, co-ordinate with engineering dept.
- Estimate areas and quantities for painting, insulation, refractory as applicable.
- Estimate quantities for scaffolding pipes, fittings, boards and ladders.
- Prepare net works for all new jobs and modify networks for existing ones.

- PROJECT:- (1) Worked for the major repair of Steel Storage tank as per API653 at Pakistan Refinery Limited.
(2) Worked for the Erection, Installation and Commissioning of Steel structure at US-Embassy Islamabad..
(3) Worked for the Preparation of Contract / Proposal documents for PRL,OMV Pakistan, Attock Refinery Ltd and Futehally Chemical Pvt Limited.
Responsibilities I
1. Ensure through on-site supervision that the construction works are undertaken to required designs, specifications, standards and HSQE requirements.
2. Manage / supervise the sub-contractor under the EPC contract and be the nominated ‘Supervisor’. As assigned by Project Manager undertake contract administration, e.g. issue PM instructions to the Contractor and facilitate fair and reasonable resolution of compensation events and variations.
3. Monitor site progress including installation of required equipment against Accepted Programmes and 2-4 week look-ahead programs. Make recommendations where extra resource or alternative work processes are required to maintain or increase performance.
4. Monitor project cost and provide Project Manager with timely identification of deviations from budget.
5. Ensure that quantities of completed work items are agreed with the sub-Contractor.
6. Ensure maintenance of daily records of all site activities, including information on labour and plant, and any non-compliant materials or workmanship.
7. Identify problematic design issues and make recommendations that support engineering procedure as well as ensure the construction schedule is maintained.

(3) Worked for the up-gradation of refinery plant during shutdown and major turnaround revamp projects works of fuel oil and cooling water system , fuel gas system revamp, desalter relieve system etc. (4) Worked for the Construction of fire protection network piping in BPPL refinery plant. (5) Worked for the construction of on-shore SPM flow line of dia 28” as per API 1104 for Crude oil at BPPL refinery.
