- Prepare & updating L2, L3 Schedule for Project using PRIMAVERA Software.
- Development & updating of S-Curve for engineering, Procurement & Construction.
- Preparing Detail Construction Schedule level-4.
- Preparation Internal weekly MIS reports which gives the quantitative progress of Engineering Deliverables, Procurement, overall progress, milestone achievement and critical issues.
- Preparing the project schedule according to given time frame and availability of resources, for Engineering, Procurement and Construction activities.
- Preparing of Monthly Progress Report & Weekly Progress Report & submit to Client/Owner.
