- Oversaw elaboration and maintenance of project schedules with appropriate resource loaded activities and cost control plans; prepared WBS, OBS, RBS and level 4 schedules using MS Project and Primavera; identified and highlighted potential bottlenecks and suggested remedial measures; developed and implemented the risk matrix and response, drafted the cash flow reports and provided early warning support to management.
