Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hello and happy 2014 to everyone.

Have you ever watched television programs such as "Megastructures" on NatGeo? Ever wondered how it would be to manage construction projects, and why they are more successful than IT projects?

I would greatly appreciate the cooperation of all of you who work in IT project management, in a survey I'm doing as part of the thesis for my graduate course. I'm conducting a survey to assess the possibility of applying project management techniques from Civil Engineering/Construction to the IT field.

There are 40 questions. Please, it is important to answer all.

The survey result and the conclusions will be posted here for discussions on the subject.

Thanks in advance to all who participate.
