Project – C1082 Development of Main Roads in Zone 46, Doha Qatar.

Client – Ashgal (Public Works Authority)                                                  Value – QAR 360.2 Mn

Infrastructure development in Zone 46 consisting of laying UG Services, pumping stations, raising mains and road works with design & build for pumping stations and a road with all UG services.  

Project – Lusail Development Construction Package CP6C, Construction of Utility infrastructure buildings. 

The Construction Package CP6C (Utility Structures) comprises of the following works:

Construction of Reservoir Pumping Station-2 & 3 (RPS2 & RPS3), Storm Water Pumping Stations (SW3 & STPS1), Irrigation Reservoir Pumping Stations (IR1 & IR2), Golf-1 66/ 11 KV Substation and Q-Tel Exchange 4 (Q- Tel4)

 

Roles and Responsibilities

·         Preparation of Clause 14 Baseline Programme for the Project and obtaining Consultant’s approval. Using Primavera Web and Contract Manager for Ashgal project.

·         Preparing documents on a regular basis for ‘notifications of delay events’ and submitting data backups and substantiations for the various Claims (Time and Cost)

·         Monitoring the progress of the works based on the approved programme and submitting weekly and monthly reports

·         Monitoring labour productivity on a weekly basis and labour cost projections on a monthly basis and reporting to the PM and the CTO of the Company 

·         Following up and coordination with specialist Sub-contractors for their construction programmes, payments, variation claims apart from monitoring and reporting the progress of their works
