Current Role

1.     Review, handling and monitor Material Tracking System (MTS) and Schedule Submittal (SOS) for progress of works.

2.     Identify the Required On Site (ROS) date for each activities during pre & post construction.

3.     Produce weekly, 4 Weeks Rolling Plan and Monthly update report and feed back to HQ.

4.     Attend site progress meeting and keep track on potential issues on delays and EOT.

5.     Analyzing the critical items that will cause the delays of current progress on site.

6.     Assist in project co-ordination, liaise with clients/ consultants and provide primavera and Microsoft Project training to others.

7.     Interact with site team and provide planning assistance to site PM on cash flow, budgetary cost, monthly progress claims and monthly progress report.
