Working as part of a small Planning Team in a large railway civils’ company partnered with Network Rail working on the LNE civils’ framework. Worked on over 200 live schemes with around 30 on site at any one time. 

Used Primavera Project Manager for Enterprise (P3e/PM5/6) to monitor the development of schemes, create main and site programmes & set target completion dates for design, construction & implementation in line with GRiP. 

Daily task include production of achievable cost loaded new programmes when remits arrive; cost, resource, date & data amendments of live programmes. 

Attending weekly & monthly contractors/internal meetings ensuring all sub-contractors are meeting contractual milestones, programmes are running on time and any issues are identified as far in advance as possible. Producing weekly & monthly reports on missed milestones, KPI’s, cost & schedule analysis. 

Production of comprehensive periodical performance reports for the management team & Network Rail as per contractual requirements.
