Richard has many years as a consultant programme manager working on a range of projects in construction and related sectors.

After graduating from South Bank University in 1994 with a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management Richard travelled overseas to take charge of project coordination on a major £70 million development in Eire and was responsible for managing the construction of the shell and core through to fit out. On his return, Richard developed his career path by concentrating as a specialist in programme and project management. In this role, Richard has worked on numerous specialist projects, and is particularly proud of the redevelopment of the Royal Lodge in Great Windsor Park for HRH Prince Andrew, the refurbishment of the Bank of England for the Governor, Eddie George, and long involvement with the MOD in refurbishing and rebuilding living accommodation and military facilities UK wide. Working mostly as a freelance professional, Richard’s CV boasts a wide and varied selection of prestigious Programme management contracts, with many companies inviting him back for further commissions. Richard’s particular skill at time and project management has in recent years elevated his role to determining delay and disruption in claims scenarios.

Richard has a proven track record in time and project management that includes considerable experience of commercial, industrial, utility, office, Rail, water treatment, housing, warehouse, telecoms/communications, land reclamation, oilfieldand critical facility delivery. Richard is an active and incorporated member of the Chartered Institute of Building (ICIOB).
