Project                   :               BOROUGE 3 – PO & LDPE PRE-ENGINEERED BUILDINGS

Client                     :               Tecnimont-Samsung Joint Venture

Project Description:            Fifteen Pre-engineered Buildings for Polyolefins Units and Five Pre-engineered Buildings for LDPE Units to be used by Borouge.

Project Cost          :               $10,000,000.00

Duties                   

·         Developing the most suitable sequence of operations for construction projects in addition to specifying the timing of the contract.

·         Assign project duration & resources, and prepare Target schedule in Primavera as per Client’s project requirement.

·         Planning and overseeing the entire program of work and anticipate contract's demands in terms of labor, materials, equipment and technical requirements

·         Monitoring and keeping track of work progress throughout the construction process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work activities.

·         Analyzing and studying current project status and provide necessary corrective recommendations and actions to ensure that the project is on track.

·         Conducting site visits on regular basis and collecting necessary data as required studying project progress and workingschedule completion.

·         Interfacing with the Project & the Control Managers in preparation of project budgets by anticipating required resources and technical requirements.

·         Discussing quality & systematic plan with Project Manager & Construction Manager for proper execution & sequencing of activities to achieve smooth progress.

·         Monitoring/Evaluating actual site performance and provide accurate & timely report (including weight charts) to the client in weekly/monthly basis as required.

·         Checking and reviewing Critical paths, Slippages or variances alarming for delays and discuss immediate action / recovery plan to Project managers and client for a solution.

·         Monitor/Review milestone schedule, mobilization plan and material procurement schedule.

·         Reviewing construction schedule organized by Discipline wise activities & check suitability of resources to optimize performance in executing the tasks.

·         Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the Planning Department Manager.

Position                 :               Planning & Cost Control Engineer

Duties                    :              

·         Prepares tender, manpower & equipment schedule for bidded projects.

·         Enhances proper planning and project implementation in all phases of construction using Primavera and Amanatech.

·         Assistance in preparation of baseline schedule for newly acquired projects with resources uploaded.

·         Prepares weekly progress report for all projects with analysis against budget and actual expenditures for the cost to complete.

·         Prepares monthly corporate report for the forecast of manpower and monthly invoicing plan for each ongoing project.
