JOB DESCRIPTION:
•Updates the construction progress and prepares construction updated schedules using Primavera Project Planner.
•Monitor actual accomplishment in reference to the contractual Clause 14 P3 Program.
•Liaise with Construction Manager in meeting their target program.
•Provides look-ahead schedules of the project in P3 formats.
•Manages sub-contractors schedules, resources and updates.
•Monitor sub-contractors and materials tracking schedules.
•Prepares weekly & monthly external & internal reports of the project.
•Overall in-charge of concrete and GRC pre-cast external cladding installation of the project.
