     Over-all in-charge of project control section at the site with function involving cost control and financial management; planning and scheduling; material and logistics control; and subcontract administration.
     Supervise preparation of project reports such as weekly progress report, updated P3 schedule, quantity accomplishments, actual man-hour report, productivity report, monthly project status reports, cost status reports) both for the client and project management team.
     Coordinate with the Field Operations Group and home office support groups on manpower, tools, equipment, material and other logistical requirements. Ensure that project resources are delivered on schedule.
     Involve in the preparation of the Project Operational Plan, which includes strategies and work methodologies to be implemented during project implementation as conceptualized by the project team.
