Programme Manager / Project Analyst / Estimator

Duties
•     Ensuring a successful implementation of the Project.
•     drafting, application and regularly update of the details of implementation schedule based on the stated conditions in the project documents
•     monitoring the project
•     evaluating on a regular base the ongoing activities and deliver accordingly as requested from SDC representative detailed reports
•     preparing internal reports
•     participating actively to the Project Management Unit (PMU) operations
•     regular reporting of the implementation progress to the Program Coordinator collecting activities information and preparing a monthly newsletter drafting accordingly a yearly plan
•     providing the Program Coordinator with the necessary information to make effective and efficient decisions
•     Estimating and supporting the Admin-finance officer regarding the expenditure of the relevant parts of the overall project budget in close coordination with SDC office
•     developing - in close coordination with the Program Coordinator -visibility and promotion of the projects towards the public, local authorities as well as local, national and international organizations and institutions
•     Enhancing the close cooperation with the project partners and other relevant authorities and organizations in the project implementation area. (e.g. carrying out meetings, decision making)
•     developing synergies with other SDC supported project activities in Iran, in the field of Disaster Risk Reduction
•     supporting the SDC’s networking with international and national organizations
•     providing information, data and experience collected from implementation associated with the model development, knowledge management and institutionalization of the project as well possible applications in other contexts (remote implementation) to the relevant project partners
•     reviewing of all available documents, implementation tools including training materials, forms, charts etc. and modify them necessary, according to the institutional identity
•     coordinating of overall maintenance and development related activities in the project including training and social events

•     The implementation of the TNDV (Tehran Neighbourhood Disaster Volunteers) programme based on the Memorandum of Understanding/MOU between the Government of Switzerland, Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation/SDC and the Municipality of Tehran / Tehran Disaster Mitigation and Management Organisation/TDMMO
