SCADIA is a government entity, formed to carryout the execution, monitoring and control over the progress of expansion program of Abu Dhabi International Airport. Parsons international Ltd. is the program manager along with many renowned international consultants and contractors. The multi billion budget program is expected to complete and operational by 2015.
Major Responsibilities:
Pre Contract:
Preparation of project control specification/requirements for scheduling. Liaise with other team members to incorporate them in to the tender and contract documents.

Program wide responsible for the complete administration and management of Master program, inclusion of new WBS items and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, design/project managers, and consultants.

Control and management of Master Program for Utility and infrastructure, Terminal Building, Support Facilities, and warehouses for free trade zone.

Control and management of Master Program for all Airports (Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Al Bateen, Sir Baniyas, & Delma)

Post Contract:

Review, comment and consent contract schedules submitted by the consultants, contractors and ensure that the schedules are in compliance with the contract.

Advise the Project Managers of any foreseen slippage in design, procurement, and construction phase and recommend corrective actions.

Report deficiencies and advice corrective actions to maintain target completion dates conducting regular schedule update meetings with the consultants and contractors.

Produce weekly/monthly summary, detail, and milestone schedule reports for the senior management.

Participate with PM staff in reviewing the Closeout Reports as submitted by contractors.

Review and analysis claims for Extension of Time due to scope variation.

Assist in the finalization of extension of time claims submitted by the consultants and the contractors.
