1994                       Planning, formwork design with LTA in SA, moved to UK (May 1994) to work again for Christiani & Nielsen (see above). Packages mainly Hornet and Time-Line for planning and CadForm for form & falsework design [plus hand design to BS 5975]

1993                       Planning, formwork design for mineral processing plant including silo supportwork, rewriting portions of LTA's Formwork Manual. Planning for various tenders as required. Unigirder design for bridge and on site inspection for various bridges (both unigirder and conventional supportwork).

1992                       Tender planning on stainless steel project, irrigation scheme, major culverts under city roads. Design of form for culverts, bridge supportwork. Reviewed LTA's formwork systems and survey of overseas systems. Use of CAD package to design and draw formwork.

1991                       Planning, formwork design and monitoring on coal mine including liaison with client. Involved in tenders for incremental bridge launch, dam intake and hydroelectric scheme.

1990                       Design of formwork and falsework, monthly update of planning plus planning of new areas for new mineral processing plant. Original output report writing then monthly update of planning using Artemis for petrochemical plant. Planning of services at a marina. Some freelance work in process engineering planning field. Took charge of LTA Civil's Technical Dept when previous incumbent left.

1989                       Temporary works design to bridges, modifying reports for Hornet planning package, planning for underground services plus design of various structure's supportwork and assistance to get Artemis reports similar to IBM planning package reports for petrochemical plant.

1988                       Technical input to a large claim using Hornet planning package on a power station. Planning, monitoring and temporary works for ex‑tension of coal mine. Liaison to get PC planning data onto the client's mainframe planning package.

1985-7                   Planning (computer), procurement, formwork and other temporary works design (on site plus office) for LTA Civil Engineering working on power station contract and many tenders.
