Project Planner
Attached to the project team at V.I. main office. Concerning major baggage handling system for new build BAS D Pier (T66) project, Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.
The issues involved were: mechanical & controls engineering, manufacturing, transport, site installations (mech.-hardware-software), system tests, detailed budget planning (cost-center system, value NLG 100.000.000,--) and compliancy to V.I. internal organization structures.
Duties:
to adopt existing 1st phase planning & control structures originated in 1998 and continue level 1 & level 2 external & internal report sequences on the above mentioned issues; to revise and rebuild structures towards changing management views; to create 2nd phase and final phase planning revisions valid up to & incl. 2001 and revise or refine report documents for future use; to follow-up on all changes that needed to be reflected in planning or curves.
