March, 2009 •Manage “The Lagoons” planning team, consists of planning managers and CAD operators.
•Establish the overall strategies and philosophies of project’s execution, the overall Lev.00 Master Programme (design, packaging. procurement and site construction) including the project’s Infrastructure systems and networks of the project and the Heavy / Light civil works.
•Restructure the WBS and the organization charts
•Restructure the Procurement methodology
•Coordinate activities related to Project logistics, Phasing, Packaging, Service Providers.
•Identify Criticalities and create tools for progress monitoring.
•Evaluate and approve programmes provided by consultants, services providers and contactors.
•Programme Management of the EOT’s Claims and the counter-claims related to Consultants and Contactors work.
•Participate in Directors Meetings
