Preparation of the Summary schedule and detailed engineering procurement and construction schedules.
Preparation of the progress curves and the CPN updates.

Preparation and update of the package scope dictionary.

Provide the scheduling input to the weekly and Monthly progress reports.

Provide the required schedule information for all contract packages.

Close monitoring of site construction activities in respect of physical progress.

Analyses of work programs for optimum utilization of available reports and manpower provided by sub contractors.

Maintain plans and identifying potential problems for assigned projects taking into consideration key milestones.

Monitor daily, weekly and monthly reports from sub-contractors to control time slippage and avoid impact on work.


High light areas of conflict to concerned projects deal with site problems and take more responsibility towards essential engineering data.

Learn and gain experience in new skills and engineering fields within the company to be aware of any assigned project and related matters.
