Project Management Control Systems Manager

1. Planning of pre-design, design, procurement, construction and close-out (Develop Project Management Plan, develop WBS, CPM schedules, Precedence Diagrams, PERT models, develop project specific organization charts, resource histograms, plan and identify Risks, conduct Risk Analyses and plan Risk Responses, plan Procurements, etc.).
2. Monitoring and Controlling (earned value management: evaluation of project works and report performance – time, cost and risk, assist in performing Integrated Change Control, recommending corrective actions / mitigating measures for all disciplines, and update status reports in various formats, risk analyses, tabulation and responses).
3. Procurement and Administration of Contracts’ inputs including Claims Management (analyses and scoring methodology, and, recommendations for pre-qualifications and bids of consultants / contractors; preparation of RFPs; project claims – analyses, assessments and recommendations).
4. Preconstruction and Construction Management (assist management of stake holders;  implement planned methods and standards; follow-up project management plan, project deliverables; implement risk responses; call / chair project meetings; train junior planners, engineers, document controllers, secretaries; assist in issuing change requests).
5. Project Close-out Management (archiving of project documents – final reports, spares, attic stocks, warranties, take-over certificates, etc., lessons learned; snag management).
6. Project Human Resource Management (interview / appraise / recommend junior planners, engineers, document controllers, secretaries, etc).
7. Organize and control project Document Control & IT Systems.
