This contract consisted of forming foundations for the new high bay warehouse and loading areas along with floor slabs.

Fairclough were responsible for the construction of a new anti-blast control building for the new Cat-Cracker Plant. The contract was programmed for 52 weeks and it was essential that is was maintained to allow the commissioning of the process plant and therefore avoiding heavy penalty clauses.
