Research and investigate the contractor progress records and produce schedules.
Checking contract programmes, complete programme network where necessary insuring no open
ends or unnecessary constraint dates.
Inputting progress data to the network (Progress Windows) and producing schedules of activities in
critical delay.
Carrying out P3 impact analysis, within the relevant progress window, using delay information
detailed by the expert.
Identifying critical path and areas of delay resulting from the import of the delay information.
Recording the sources of information from the Contractors, Architects and Project Managers
Records, to identify where the progress records were obtained for the preparation of network
projections and comparisons.
Carry out general search of achieves documents for information relating to delays.
