     Head the Planning section of the company as part of the management team
     Supervise and lead project engineers, planners and control team on projects
     Plan and control key projects for the company as Senior Planner
     Prepare a project master schedule in respect of engineering, procurement and construction activities.
     Perform strategic planning and scheduling to ensure that projects are effectively monitored against contractual requirements.
     Monitor, review and update changes to project scope and assess the effect on schedules milestones.
     Review contractor’s schedules and recommend approval or rejection.
     Monitor the contractor’s progress and analyse any deviations from the approved schedule.
     Monitor and update schedules with progress, for all departments, site installation and material deliverables to ensure schedule conformance.
     Highlight problem areas and recommend alternative means of minimizing master schedule impact.
     Assess, approve or reject time claims by contractors.
     Produce weekly and monthly reports.
     Perform other related duties as assigned.
