For project management role, he managed the coordination and planning aspects of the external façade works at the Venetian Resort Hotel Casino project in Macao. The duties include:
• Monitor facade design process, procurement processes, and quality control.
• Prepared written reports to the Clients to inform the overall progress of the façade.
• Managed the technical aspects of the facade procurement works for items like aluminum curtain walling, Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC), Glass Reinforced Plastics (GRP), Glass Reinforced Gypsum (GRG), and metal cladding exterior façade works.
• Sought resolutions to technical issues such as materials defect, delivery, logistics, schedules and site problems.
• Undertook daily site investigation to accurate record various work progress, material checking and performed basic surveying.
