Larger part of my career is a blend of foresight and experience to plan realistically and trek all along the currency of the project making check and balance of the resources and striking balance between Budget, Schedule and Resources.

During my tenure I was involved in direct management of the works, taking account of works schedule and deviations. Being the project leader I was responsible for the evaluation of project performance with Key Performance Indices like CPI and SPI and earned value, etc. I was also responsible for the overall contract and claims management of the jobs.
