Civil Engineer with M/s RAMCO Trading & Contracting wll - a leading Grade-A Civil Construction Contracting Company in QATAR. I was reporting to the General Manager.
Job responsibilities included were:
Worked for Projects Execution, & Contracts Management ensuring assigned Projects are completed in time, within the Budget and improve Margins
     Directly responsible for Projects Execution of projects:
     Commercial Complex (Asmakh Mall) in Al Sadd DOHA, QATAR, Built-up area 36,000 m2
     Al Rayyan Tower (B+G+19) at West Bay, Qatar – Initially designed as Residential use and during execution changed to Hotel use
     Leading Construction teams and responsible for execution at site, Finance Management, Work Planning, Materials Procurements, Technical Submissions for Materials & Shop Drawings, Productivity improvements, Resources requirements and deployment of Manpower, Formwork, Plant & Equipments, Financing, Insurances; Finalization of major Subcontractors & Vendors
     Preparation of Valuations and Billings for Client & Subcontractors
     Co-ordination with Consultant, Client & Subcontractors required for the Projects.
