Job responsibilities included were:
Worked for Projects Execution, & Contracts Management ensuring assigned Projects are completed in time, within the Budget and improve Margins
Directly responsible for Projects Execution of projects:
Commercial Complex (Asmakh Mall) in Al Sadd DOHA, QATAR, Built-up area 36,000 m2
Al Rayyan Tower (B+G+19) at West Bay, Qatar – Initially designed as Residential use and during execution changed to Hotel use
Leading Construction teams and responsible for execution at site, Finance Management, Work Planning, Materials Procurements, Technical Submissions for Materials & Shop Drawings, Productivity improvements, Resources requirements and deployment of Manpower, Formwork, Plant & Equipments, Financing, Insurances; Finalization of major Subcontractors & Vendors
Preparation of Valuations and Billings for Client & Subcontractors
Co-ordination with Consultant, Client & Subcontractors required for the Projects.
