     Check reported production per project.
     Check project cost savings and overrun per month.
     Check and Monitor Claims and Change Orders.
     Check and review Master / Overall Schedule using Primavera Project Planner (P3) Version 3.1.
     Progress updates weekly & monthly reports, Recovery Schedule and Look-ahead schedule.
     Preparation of Project Budget and project close out.
     Review all major billings and look outs of project cash-in.
     Supervise over 254 Cost and Planning Engineers which mobilized in various project.
     Preparation of Project Cost Savings Bonus Computation for Project Management Team and Support Group.
     Updates Company Cost Control Procedure.
     Conducts training and seminar for newly hired Cost & Planning Engineer and undergone with ABC.
     Supervise / Assist Cost and Planning Engineers at site by responding their queries.
     Review cost variance analysis for the whole EEI Projects such as Buildings, Infrastructure and Electro mechanical (Overseas and Local Jobs).
     Check and review budget for Production and Contribution and Direct Operating Expenses.
     Check and review monthly Actual Production and Contribution (Total Company).
     Qualify newly hired cost and planning engineers.
