     Prepares monthly interim certificate.
     Prepares subcontract and supply agreement for minor and major contract.
     Preparing enquiry and bid tab analysis for suppliers and subcontractors.
     Prepares Preliminaries and General Spread to be submitted to client as required in monthly valuation.
     Establish cash flow estimate on quarterly basis as per client requirement.
     Evaluates and review payment application of every subcontractor.
     Provides updated Monthly Cost Report to the management.
     Assist commercial department in terms of Actual Cost Monitoring and Accounting Cost Analysis.
     Check and review Purchase Order of All Supply Materials.
     Monitors major materials delivery needed for monthly valuation.
