• Plan, organise, lead and monitor an operational team, and to ensure output objectives are achieved whilst continually maintaining all operational, quality and HS&E requirements.
• Schedule tasks/work packs with the use of reports within the 6 week look ahead in accordance with Lean Manufacturing.
• Prioritise work packs and resource workforce/materials when required.
• Follow operational instructions/processes ensuring all quality and other standards are adhered to.
• Ensure targets and milestones are met, report to managers at IWT meetings on progress/discrepancies.
• Provide support to other areas to facilitate the integration of activities, to resolve problems and to minimise lost time.
• Produce weekly reports for CPI, SPI and forecasted workload.
