Yaghmour Consultants is a small but fast growing Design & Supervision Consultants in the market in Dubai with projects from developers like Nakheel. I am currently involved on their Forbidden City project comprising 46 residential buildings.

Job Responsibility
•     Study of scope, contract documents and drawings to prepare the project master plan.
•     Review of Contractors program.
•     Review of Contractors Cash Flow, Resources, Engineering and Procurement Programs.
•     Conducting progress meetings to review and resolve any slippages in the project.
•     Review of contractors claims in accordance to contract conditions and FIDIC.
