Came on board as the first Project Controls Engineer in the company and successfully took up the challenge of introducing a new engineering discipline in an established consulting firm. Designed and delivered presentations on various topics like project management, project delivery, earned value analysis and other project controls tools and processes.Extended end to end project controls support to more than 100 projects and proposals of varied sizes, duration and complexity to projects in Canada, USA and Singapore.Independently developed a tool to calculate ETC (Estimate to Complete) on remaining effort and expense basis. Over the years this ETC tool has become a standard tool on many major projects.Mentor, train and coach project controls personnel so as to bring them up to speed ASAP.
Developed and compiled periodic financial reporting packages for senior management.
