Commissioning Scheduler for Eagle Ford Crude Pump Station

I'm searching for a detailed example of a pre-commissioning/commissioning/start-up schedule for a crude pump station. The facility contains a large manifold with about 8 inbound streams and 5 outbound streams, several pumps, many MOVs, 2 100K tanks, VRU, Flare, Nitrogen System, MCC or PZC building. Really needing help with this and greatly appreciate it!
