April, 2017 This role is to coordinate and maintain the engineering Construction Interface
tracker which is the main multi discipline focal point document for the engineering
team in Farnborough, Almaty and Houston with the construction site in Tengiz,
Kazakhstan.
To maintain good communication between all WBS areas, existing area meetings were
enhansed with additional meetings so that the tracker was up to date and all changes visable for discussion in the weekly review meeting by management and lead engineers.
Any slippages within the multiple P6 schedules had to be challenged by liaising with the area planners and their managers to look at mitigation and clarity to maintain
the construction required on site dates for all AFC drawings to enable construction
work pack planning to be completed in good time.
Unfortunately my time on the project was prematurely cut short by the requirement to allocate my position to a staff member.
