I have been extensively involved in forensic delay alaysis for the metro construction by proving the nexus through cause and effect scenarios. I have succesfully proven the quantum of delays and received extension of time of 1 year with compensation on the account of execusable delays.
- Used soil profiles at the time of tender/current to ascertain the depth of excavation considered at the time of tender and current i.e to prove the nexus of effect
- Used cycle time analysis for each dwall panel considerered during tender and compared it against actual to prove the strata changes.
