AInvesting in the study of project progress trend and suggesting alternative means of achieving targets so as to meet the deadlines and achieve the milestones
AEnsuring strict compliance with respect to safety standards
AEnsuring the cost forecast is well in line with scheduled work progress
AEvaluation and report presentation to management on aspects of progress, performance evaluation, risk assessment using tools such as EVA, Scorecard Analysis and TRA
ACoordination with Detailed Engineering Contractor for smooth release of approved engineering deliverables and implementable site execution drawings.
A3D Model review and approval by PMC after incorporating the required changes as expected of by PMC
Raising and following up for Variation Order and making corresponding changes to project schedule so as to accommodate the effects due to change
