Lloyds Energy, Vice President Project Services, Global FLNG Projects, London, Dubai & Moscow​ • A $15b multiple vessels, near shore LNG project designed as a generic concept with potentially global applications. • As a new start operator I started the project controls function, recruiting a small team and commenced the creation of the master control schedule and control estimate as well as establishing company policy and procedures for project management, control and governance. Part of the contracts team closing out pre-FEED and setting up FEED contracts with top tier contractors. • Owner of the project economic model and interface with KPMG and lead the IT/IM set up including the company data room
