Scope of Work of the project:
Engineering, Procurement & Construction works for four school buildings, roads, external lighting, boundary walls, main entrance arch including commissioning of various systems viz. potable/domestic water, hot/cold water, foul/waste water, storm/rain water, fire fighting, gas, air conditioning, electrical power/lighting, grounding, public address, sound, fire alarm, telephone / communication / television systems for the schools.
Duties & Responsibilities
1) Planning, Scheduling & Control of the project by preparing & updating Level 1-Works Master Schedule,
Level 2- Detailed Works CPM Network, Level 3-Detailed Schedules, Level 4-Three Weeks Look ahead Schedules, Forensic Planning, EOT Claims using Primavera Project Planner (P3 Windows), Microsoft Excel & Word.
2) System development for progress measurement, analysis & reporting through Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports.
3) Preparing Monthly Invoices. Estimating quantities & cost. Attending Progress Review Meetings with the client.
